I was 8 years old when I was assigned my first creative writing piece. Would you believe me if I told you I wrote about how much I hate writing? From there, the rest was history. 

When I’m not writing, I’m moving.  You can find me at the gym, training a client, on a run, or chasing any excuse to move my body.
